Story:
People in Tokyo are living in fear because of the recent virus outbreak in the metropolis. The virus turns infected humans into monsters by multiplying their malice， and to make matters worse， only the most evil criminals can be affected by it. Those criminals rather rejoice in becoming monsters than mourn their fate， as they can abuse their newly gained powers to commit more atrocious crimes. Metropolitan Police Department and Ministry of Defense have named the virus ”Devil Virus，” and formed a new unit to counteract the epidemic. Miyako Hayami is one of the members of the unit， and she has special abilities to detect those who are infected by the virus. As the senior members of organization come to know that， a nurse named Makoto is assigned as Miyako’s partner. Miyako is not happy about it as she wanted a cop， not a nurse， but Miyako recognizes Makoto’s superb ability to detect and heal those who have just infected before it is too late， and reluctantly accepts her as her new partner. One day a vengeful man Kamizawa， whose cohort was once arrested by Miyako， is infected by Devil Virus. Miyako realizes the infected patient is Kamizawa himself， who is responsible for the death of her supervisor. Enraged Miyako refuses to obey Makoto trying to stop her. Miyako chases and drives him into corner， but Kamizawa is also poised to exact his revenge on Miyako for the loss of his partner in crime. Miyako attempts to arrest Kamizawa， but she suffers great pain as Devil Virus within her body gets activated because of her hatred against the man. Kamizawa， on the other hand， embraces his new body and the extraordinary forces given by the virus， and he beats up Miyako， transforms into the monster Roach Wilther. Roach captures Miyako and takes her to his lair. Now a demonic monster， Kamizawa intends to slowly kill Miyako， giving her pain and fear， making her uncomfortable and exhausted， by using ”torture roaches” that stick to a human body to absorb life energy and discharge it as electricity. Makoto， who learned of her predicament from her boss， tries to locate Miyako’s whereabouts， but Roach Wilther anticipates her move because of her blunder before transformation. Though Makoto is forced to take a tough fight as she cannot transform in front of Miyako， she catches the enemy off his guard and rescues her. Miyako frees Makoto and continues to fight， while Makoto becomes Lethal Angel and defeats Roach Wilther， but her body and mind are exhausted， completely spent. (To be continued in ”Evil! Several years ago， the ancient civilization existing in the deep under the ground was discovered… The Super-Photon Power Defense Bureau， which was founded in preparation for the enemy’s invasion on the surface of the earth， developed the special strengthening suit for the decisive battle. In the fitting trial， three persons， Ryou Akagi(means a distant red castle)， Seiji Aoba(means a true heart of green leaves)， and Yuka Momoi (means an ample peaches) passed. However， on account of the earthquake which a battleship of the ancient empire named the Dogmaila caused， the suit which was supposed to be wore turns into five plasma spheres， and disperses. Three persons somehow accomplish wearing the suit， but the remaining two plasma spheres have been absorbed into the inside of the body of the brothers Kuroki， Takeshi (means ferocious black-yellow) and Jun(means black-yellow season) who are people at large and have nothing to do with the two organizations. A royal prince Chaos and a royal princess Karma of the ancient empire Dogmaila appear before the brothers Kuroki who cannot conceal puzzlement. By dint of a capricious Karma， the brothers Kuroki are driven into a deadly pinch! However， by three persons of our Super-Photon Power Defense Bureau who come by then， the fire lid of a battle between the surface of the earth and the ancient empire is begun! But Yuka Momoi who protects Jun Kuroki in the battle gets a serious injury. Ryou Akagi and Seiji Aoba cannot conceal a sign of impatience in a momentary breakaway of Yuka Momoi who is a support of everybody’s heart. On the other hand， Takeshi Kuroki refuses to enter the Defense Bureau in order to give priority to a peaceful life with his younger brother， and Takeshi Kuroki leaves it with his younger brother， Jun Kuroki. Taking advantaging of the crisis of such the fighting-unit’s division， the royal princess Karma attaches to catching Jun Kuroki who is the youngest in the team and to keeping as a pet， and jumps out to the surface of the earth again.

Next， a boss of the Evil-Ninja named Kongo(means gold steel) sends Suppa(means sucking like feathers) who sucks blood to control humans， as the next assassin. At first， Suppa attacks these three people: Suzu’s older sister Megumi(means boon) who is an detective， Megumi’s co-worker Goto(means latter blossoming wisteria)， and Suzu’s manger named Hiyama(means trees on a mountain). Suppa controls them， and catches Suzu， who transforms herself into Kurenai but cannot resist Suppa. Now Suppa tortures her to get secret information of the Evil-Ninja hunting. But meantime， Suzu’s teacher named MokunenSai(means a wise man like wooden deities) requests Suzu’s rescue to the second Evil-Ninja hunter named Mei Shiranami(means a song of white waves) as Yuki(means white as snow). Then， Yuki has a close fight， but somehow defeats Suppa with the Sound-Breaking-Tearing Technique， and rescues Suzu and the fellows. A boss of the Evil-Ninja， Kongo burns with anger owing to the subordinates’ death， so Kongo attacks Suzu’s older sister Megumi again and takes her hostage and tries to call Kurenai. But， Yuki takes thought for Kurenai， who has been fighting the Evil-Ninja and been covered all over with wounds， so that Yuki intentionally makes Kurenai lose her senses and instead of Kurenai， she goes to a place where Kongo is awaiting.
