In the year 2044 Japan is divided into twenty-two administrative districts. Among them the 17th district is called ”Eden” and townspeople enjoyed affluent lifestyle there. However， when Kyohei Sasagawa， the right-hand man of the district’s Governor Kosuke Miyaji， seized power in a coup， the once peaceful town was turned into a totalitarian military state. Sasagawa has built a tower overlooking the whole area as the symbol of the government’s power. The tower also serves as a fortress for the government oppressing the people. But then， out of the blue， hope arrives in the form of Cutie Raider， warrior of love and freedom! To liberate the people of the town plagued by violence， she stands up to fight the dictator. Cutie Raider is in fact the only daughter of Kosuke Miyaji， and she is former vice-governor herself， now living in the underworld of the slum. To get rid of the rebellious heroine who has become a threat to his empire， Sasagawa plans to give ultimate punishment to her. He sets a trap for Cutie Raider to capture and humiliate her right in front of the people， and crush their rising hope once and for all. To rescue the hostage taken by the empire， Cutie Raider sets out to face her final battle， and infiltrates the fortress guarded by many devious traps. Cutie Raider has to confront a horrible worm that invades a woman’s body and humiliates her， and a mutant monster created in laboratory experiment that rapes her. Undaunted， Cutie Raider keeps fighting， but she is finally defeated by Three Guys of Shite， Sasagawa’s most trusted henchmen. Cutie Raider is raped by the three men， and is sent to the Machine Area， a secret chamber where Sasagawa has a humiliation machine. Sasagawa is going to humiliate the captured heroine， broadcast it all over the entire 17th District， and disgrace her in front of the whole audience. Will Cutie Raider’s sexual desire hidden behind her mask be finally exposed by the machine?!
